We understand that it can be difficult to know who to go to for a variety of needs and issues, that’s why we are here to help you make sense of it all.
We will get to know you and your whanau, and understand your full set of circumstances. Working alongside you, we will draw up a plan of action that helps you to achieve your goals. Our Navigators are independent – they don’t work for us they work for you! They are here to support you with a plan that gives you courage to participate in your community with confidence and enjoyment.
