Noel Matthews - Chief Executive Officer

Kia ora. I took up the NorthAble CEO role in 2004. I lead a dynamic group of staff who have, at the core of their working ethos, the best interests of the families, whanau and individuals we are here to support. I look forward to continuing to improve access to disability supports, especially for people that not only need our services currently but also those that may need our services in the future.

Hannah Snowdon - Finance Manager

My name is Hannah Snowdon, and I started at NorthAble in 2011. As Finance Manager, I oversee all areas of finance and payroll. There are many things I enjoy while working here, such as, problem solving, supporting new innovative ideas and working as a team to be the best we can be. I felt drawn to work for NorthAble, as I was immersed in the disability community from a young age. My mother has worked in the sector my whole life, and we regularly gave families respite. I feel privileged to be a part of such a great organisation.

Bronwyn Collett - NASC/DIAS Manager

I joined NorthAble as a Service Facilitator in 2012, having previously worked in the health sector as an Occupational Therapist. In 2015 I was very honoured to take on the NASC Manager role. I have a focus on the future of the disability sector and I am proud to be part of an organisation like NorthAble, that encourages bold, innovative practice in all of it's employees.  

Adam Dade - Client Services Manager

As the most recent member of the NorthAble management team, joining in October 2018, I bring nearly 10 years of project and management experience form the UKs health and social care sector, specialising in supporting people within the community and their own homes. Having  relocated to New Zealand with my wife and young daughter, I am looking forward to supporting the community we are now a part of.  I was attracted to NorthAble due to its reputation, culture, and values and look forward to continuing to drive forward its success.
